■About Subscription Purchases
- The number of packs ordered will be delivered periodically at the interval specified at the time of application. There are no restrictions on the duration or frequency of delivery.
■About the delivery date
- After receiving your order, we will deliver your order in approximately 8 days by Yamato Transport frozen delivery service.
*Please note that delivery may not be possible due to traffic conditions or other reasons. Please understand that it may not be delivered as specified due to traffic conditions or other reasons.
About changes to your order
- You can change "Pause", "Resume", "Delivery Skip", "Recipe", "Number of Packs", "Scheduled Delivery Date", "Delivery Period", "Delivery Address", and "Payment Credit Card" from My Page.
■To Suspend Subscription Service
- Please select "Suspend" from "My Page", or contact us by e-mail or phone.
Returns and refunds
- If you are a first-time Buddy FOOD customer, we will accept returns only once per household, for the first delivery of a subscription, and only if you notify us within two weeks of the delivery. We will refund the full cost of the returned item(s), but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned products must also be sent back via cool delivery. Please note that thawed products are not eligible for return. We will refund your money after we confirm the quality and quantity of the returned products. Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for trial set customers or customers who have already tried the product before purchasing a subscription, even if there is nothing wrong with the product.
- If you wish to return or receive a refund, please contact us via LINE or mail form.
- You may cancel at any time if you contact us prior to payment for your next delivery. (No penalty or fee will be charged).
