Product delivery date
Generally, we will ship the product within 6 to 8 days from the date of order receipt.
For the second and subsequent deliveries for which you have applied for a subscription purchase, we will notify you in advance of the order confirmation date and the scheduled shipping date.
Regarding regular purchases, we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) credit card payments.

Shipping
We will send the package by Yamato Transport.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and refunds only once per household, within 2 weeks of the first purchase and delivery, for reasons such as the food not being suitable for you.
Please contact us via email form as soon as possible.

Due to the perishable nature of the food, we will not accept returns for any other reason other than those listed above.
However, if the defective product is clearly our fault, such as a discrepancy in content, damage, or quality deterioration, we will exchange it for a new product or provide a full refund.
In such cases, please contact us using the e-mail form on the day you receive the product or the day after. We will pay the shipping costs for the return, so please send it back to us by cool delivery service with payment on delivery.


Cancellation or change of ordered productsIt

You may skip, stop, or cancel your subscription purchase at any time.
Please note, however, that orders cannot be cancelled after the order confirmation date has passed.
