Article 6 Changes to Registration Details

Article 7: Suspension of Service and Cancellation of Membership
If a member falls under any of the following items, the Company may, without prior notice, suspend the member's use of the service, cancel the member's registration, or take any other action the Company deems appropriate

Article 8 Withdrawal Procedures
Members may withdraw from membership at any time through the procedures specified by the Company. A member shall cease to be a member upon the Company's receipt of the member's request for withdrawal.
Article 9 ID and Password Management
- Members shall be responsible for the strict management and safekeeping of the user ID and password that they set for themselves at the time of membership registration, etc.
- Members shall not transfer, sell, succeed, lend, disclose, or divulge their user IDs or passwords to third parties without the prior consent of the Company.
- If a member discovers that his/her user ID or password has been misused by a third party, the member shall immediately notify the Company, and shall comply with the Company's instructions, if any.
- Members shall be responsible for any damages resulting from inadequate management of their user ID or password, errors or mishaps in use, or unauthorized use by a third party, and the Company shall not be liable for any such damages.
Article 10 Use of Personal Information
Any personal information of members obtained by the Company in connection with the use of the service shall be handled in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" separately stipulated by the Company.

Members may use My Page as specified by the Company. My Page provides members with the ability to register, view, and change their own membership information as part of the "Profile" registration and viewing function.

- If a member causes damage to another user or third party by using the service, the member shall resolve the matter at the member's own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage, loss, or disadvantage to the Company.
Article 14 Prohibitions
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts. In the unlikely event that a user violates this prohibition and causes damage to the Company or a third party, the user shall be held responsible for compensating the Company or the third party for all such damage.
- Actions that cause or may cause annoyance, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties other than other users, or the Company.

- Acts that use the Service for commercial purposes (except those approved in advance by the Company).

Article 15 Intellectual Property Rights

Article 18 Others
- Regardless of the type of product, Buddy FOOD will accept a return for any reason only once per household, for the first delivery of a subscription purchase, and only if the request is made within two weeks of the delivery. We will refund the full cost of the returned product, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Please note that the returned product must also be sent back via cool delivery. Please note that products that have already been thawed are not eligible for return. Refunds will be made after confirming the quality and quantity of returned products.
- For discount coupon codes with a one-time use per household limit, if you intentionally falsify the number of times you use the coupon code, use it multiple times per household, and after purchasing the subscription, we find that you have violated the one-time use per household limit by having the same last name, address, phone number, etc., we will cancel your purchase. In the event of cancellation under the circumstances, we will refund the amount paid for the product prior to shipment, but we will receive 5% of the amount paid as a refund fee and the difference will be refunded to you.
- In the event that a problem arises in the use of the Service that cannot be resolved by these Terms of Use or by the Company's guidance and response, the Company and the user shall discuss and resolve the problem in good faith.
- In the event that a lawsuit becomes necessary in connection with the use of the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first trial.
Supplementary Provisions: These Terms of Use shall apply to all users from September 6, 2021.
